Design Project Coordinator

Join Luxury Presence as a Design Project Coordinator and oversee the build-out of client websites, ensuring they creatively incorporate client visions and meet high-quality standards. This challenging role requires an exceptional eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize processes. You will lead and collaborate with a global team, translating client visions into actionable steps, identifying and solving problems, and maintaining a high bar for website quality. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in media agency campaign execution or creative operations, experience managing distributed teams, and a strong portfolio of website design work. This is a contractor position offering a competitive salary in USD and paid time off.

Requirements

• Understanding what amazing design looks like and articulating the details thanks to your understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Anticipating and understanding client vision, translating them into actionable next steps
• Identifying problems and proposing solutions
• Using software and tools to help yourself and your team stay organized and on schedule
• 1-3 years experience in media agency campaign execution, or creative operations for a design or tech company
• Experience managing a distributed team
• A strong portfolio of work in website design or another creative field
• Previous success working in fast-paced, high-volume environments and delivering every time
• Previous experience with platforms similar to Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress etc

Responsibilities

• Oversee the build-out of our client’s websites
• Incorporate the client’s vision in a creative manner and must be a robust representation of what they are trying to accomplish
• Maintain an amazingly high bar for website quality and design; you love the details and won’t compromise
• Lead and collaborate with a diverse, global team of Website Builders and Data Specialists

Preferred Qualifications

• An interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
• HTML, CSS knowledge (preferred)
• Enthusiasm, friendly and sunny disposition
• Drawing people in with your excitement and can-do attitude
• Relentlessly clearing obstacles for clients and team members
• Working efficiently and delivering ahead of deadlines
• Being positive and having a sense of humor
