Design Student Intern

Summary

Join CannonDesign as an intern and contribute to the design process using various software platforms like Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and Grasshopper. You will build physical models, produce architectural documentation and graphics for client presentations, assist in product research, and participate in document reviews and team meetings. This internship is under the supervision of a Licensed Architect and project leadership, offering valuable experience within a multi-disciplinary team. The position requires enrollment in a program working toward a High School diploma. Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, and organizational skills are preferred. Must be enrolled in and working toward a High School diploma

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design process by utilizing various software platforms in addition to REVIT such as, the Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Grasshopper
• Build physical building models
• Produce architectural documentation
• Produce graphics materials and images for client presentations
• Assist in product research
• Participate in the review of construction phase documentation
• Attend in-house project team meetings
• May perform other duties as required
