Join Storable as the Sales Enablement Manager and drive learning and development initiatives that directly impact revenue outcomes. Design and lead high-impact enablement programs for Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Support teams, focusing on onboarding, upskilling, and continuous development. While 65% of your time will be dedicated to the RV/Campground division, you will also play a key role in enabling the Marine division. Maintain and execute a 12-month enablement roadmap aligned with growth targets. Build modular learning paths and produce high-impact assets such as battlecards and playbooks. Maintain a central enablement hub and track key performance indicators. Act as the Enablement lead for the Marine division and coach Subject Matter Experts.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Field Marketing within a SaaS or tech-driven organization
- Proven track record of launching data-backed programs that shorten ramp time and increase quota attainment
- Demonstrated success building full-funnel enablement paths for AEs, BDRs, and Customer Support roles
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design, with proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or similar
- Expertise in CRM and enablement systems: Salesforce, Gong, Highspot/Seismic, and LMS platforms
- Strong storytelling, content writing, and live facilitation skills across remote and in-person environments
- Excellent project management discipline, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute a 12-month enablement roadmap aligned to ARR growth, cross-sell targets, and retention goals
- Design and implement role-specific programs for AEs, BDRs, and Customer Support teams to improve ramp time, product fluency, and customer experience delivery
- Partner with Product Marketing, Client Success, and RevOps to drive readiness for new product launches and campaigns
- Build modular learning paths including live workshops, LMS content, peer-led sessions, and microlearning videos
- Facilitate onboarding, quarterly bootcamps, and role-specific upskilling for global GTM teams
- Enable BDR promotion paths, AE deal acceleration training, and Customer Support education on advanced product use cases and customer interaction best practices
- Produce high-impact assets such as battlecards, playbooks, discovery guides, proposal decks, and ROI calculators
- Maintain a central enablement hub (Highspot or similar) with structured content tagging, version control, and engagement tracking
- Track and report enablement KPIs ramp time, demo-to-close conversion, deal velocity, and CSAT impact from support training
- Deliver quarterly performance dashboards to Sales and Executive leadership
- Act as the Enablement lead for the Marine division, localizing RV/Campground programs and assets
- Coach Subject Matter Experts to deliver engaging internal training and customer-facing webinars
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vertical SaaS, property management, or hospitality technology
- Certification in a recognized sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.)
- Experience supporting global teams across time zones and cultures
