Developer Success Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Developer Success Engineer at Speakeasy, a company building the next generation of API infrastructure. The role involves working with customers to ensure they have an amazing experience with Speakeasy's growing suite of API products, crafting documentation, scaling support processes, and assisting the team on feature releases.

Requirements

• Be comfortable diving deep into the technical details of customers’ APIs and SDKs
• Have experience contributing to production code, be comfortable in a CLI, and be fluent in one or more of Typescript, Golang, and Python
• Have a high degree of empathy for customers and excellent communication skills
• Understand that customer support can be critical differentiator and not a chore. Be energized by helping customers be successful with Speakeasy
• Be located in the San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Ensure that prospects and customers have an amazing experience with Speakeasy’s growing suite of API products
• Shepherd and craft documentation, tutorials, and guides to ensure a delightful self-service experience for users
• Scale support process and tooling to support hundreds of enterprise customers and a rapidly growing community of freemium users
• Assist the team on feature releases, communication, and managing migrations
