Developer Success Engineer

Summary

Join Stytch, a platform for user authentication and anti-fraud tooling, as a Developer Success Engineer. You will work directly with developers, assisting them with implementation and answering their questions. You will also act as the voice of the customer within Stytch, ensuring feedback reaches product, design, and engineering teams. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in the SF Bay Area requiring 2-3 days per week in-office. The role involves technical support, scaling the team, and improving the core product. Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern web services and APIs
• Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth), MFA, IdP
