Development Associate

Summary

Join Prison Fellowship, a Christian nonprofit dedicated to serving incarcerated individuals and their families, as a Development Associate. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with mid-major donors, managing a donor portfolio, and implementing national campaign strategies. You will focus on increasing revenue, engagement, retention, and advancement of donors, ensuring their consistent support and growing investment in the mission. This remote position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in customer service, sales, or development.

Requirements

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, development, or other relevant areas
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proficiency in Outlook, Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn PF CRM database
• Strong demonstrated professionalism and ability to use wise discernment in representing Prison Fellowship
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills including excellent phone manners and presentation

Responsibilities

• Manage a donor portfolio and implement national campaign strategies and direct response initiatives
• Focus on four key objectives - revenue, engagement, retention, and advancement - to ensure that mid-major donors not only give consistently but grow in their investment and connection to the mission over time
