DevOps Engineer in Worldwide

Summary

Hiveon is a leading global ecosystem for cryptocurrency mining, launched in 2017 with a focus on high-quality products. They are now expanding into Web3 and looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience as a DevOps Engineer, is an expert in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and cloud providers like GCP or AWS. They should also have strong network troubleshooting skills and CI/CD experience. Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Nomad, deep knowledge of PostgreSQL/Clickhouse, Consul, Vault, scripting, and familiarity with the mining/crypto domain and blockchain/cryptocurrency. Responsibilities include technical and functional improvement of software, tasks planning and estimating, deployment templating, building a platform for self-services, developing distributed infrastructure, communicating with stakeholders, and providing top-notch programming skills. The team is small and flat, with a focus on innovation and creativity. Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as DevOps Engineer
• Expert in Kubernetes, Docker and Helm
• Experience with cloud providers (GCP or AWS)
• One of your strongest skill is network troubleshooting and configuration
• CI/CD experience
• At least Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Deployment templating
• Building a platform for self-services
• Development of a distributed, high-availability infrastructure for new products and services
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding available technical solutions
• Providing top-notch programming skills to our highly innovative software
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Nomad
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL/Clickhouse
• Experience with Consul, Vault
• Scripting experience
• Familiarity with the mining/crypto domain
• Knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency
