DevOps Lead

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Solid understanding of GitOps principles and ArgoCD
• Experience with Helm chart development and maintenance
• Knowledge of Kubernetes operator pattern and development
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform, AWS and Kubernetes Clusters
• Manage and secure Kubernetes clusters
• Implement and maintain GitOps practices using ArgoCD
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for infrastructure applications
• Manage Kubernetes operators for automated operations
• Mentor team members on DevOps best practices
• Ensure high availability and scalability of production systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other cloud providers (GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Security certifications (AWS, CKS, etc.)
• Experience with service mesh technologies
