Summary
Join Lyft Media as a Digital Account Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the sales team's success. Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising sales, digital media, or campaign management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Demonstrates critical and strategic thinking abilities
- Consistently self-motivated and proactive
- Strong interest and understanding of technology
- Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven solutions, enabling top-tier recommendations for sales teams and clients
- Proficient in Google Sheets and related tools for creating ad pacing trackers and internal workbooks
- Adept at leading projects with minimal direction or oversight
Responsibilities
- Support sales team in RFP fulfillment, including tasks such as inventory management, inventory forecasting, inventory reservation, confirming specs with clients, populating client templates, and ad hoc client requests
- Coordinate with Lyft Mediaβs legal, finance, accounting, tech, and other internal teams to ensure external and internal needs are met
- Proactively manage Lyft Media direct ad campaigns via our ad-server, including daily pacing, creative optimization/scheduling, and complete delivery based on Insertion Order parameters
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable and Finance at the end of each billing cycle on campaign totals and ensure POs are generated and invoices are delivered to our advertising partners, work with client teams to complete RFIs and actualizations
- Own ad-hoc projects end-to-end as the primary driver and ensure theyβre completed within budget and scope constraints
