Summary

Join a leading provider of outsourced sales and marketing solutions as a Senior Digital Advertising Strategist. This is a remote, 10-hour/week contract position paying $75/hour. You will lead multi-platform paid advertising initiatives, driving revenue growth through data-driven campaign optimization. Responsibilities include managing Google Ads, Meta advertising, and LinkedIn campaigns, conducting advanced keyword research, and developing high-converting ad assets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience and proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager. Google Ads certification is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience with demonstrated success in campaign building, optimization, and scaling
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager with experience across Facebook and Instagram advertising objectives
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and B2B advertising strategies
  • Track record of managing significant advertising budgets ($100K+ monthly) with measurable ROI improvements
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and advanced audience segmentation
  • Google Ads Certification (required) – Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Measurement
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience with bid management platforms and automated bidding strategies
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization principles
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with statistical significance testing and incrementality measurement
  • Understanding of attribution models and multi-touch customer journeys
  • Ability to forecast budgets, performance, and resource requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead Google Ads strategy and execution across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Meta advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including Brand Awareness, Lead Generation, Traffic, and Conversion objectives
  • Create and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation, brand awareness, and professional audience targeting
  • Plan, build, and scale advertising campaigns with budgets ranging from $50K–$500K+ monthly across platforms
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-converting opportunities
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
  • Provide detailed performance reporting with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools including Google Analytics 4, Facebook Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and third-party attribution platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets and landing pages
  • Build and refine audience segments using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting parameters
  • Develop messaging frameworks that align with brand voice and resonate with target audiences across platforms
  • Implement conversion tracking and pixel management across all digital touchpoints

Preferred Qualifications

  • Amazon Advertising experience (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) – strong plus but not required
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing) campaign management experience
  • Experience with programmatic advertising or demand-side platforms (DSPs)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other emerging social platforms
  • Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
