Requirements
- Have a strong background in marketing analytics, with expertise in data analysis and web tracking performance optimization
- Possess advanced skills using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Excel in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for clients
- Be a clear communicator, comfortable presenting detailed findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Have experience managing client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing expert guidance
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with ease
- Know when to rely on data and when to use intuition, making balanced, informed decisions
- Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a culture of continuous learning
- Be fluent in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Excel to identify trends, user behavior insights, and growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive measurement strategies, define KPIs, set up tracking systems, and ensure accurate data collection for digital marketing initiatives
- Build detailed reports and interactive dashboards that provide clients actionable insights on campaign performance and business impact
- Oversee data integration projects, combining data from various sources (e.g., website analytics, CRM, and ad platforms) for a holistic view of marketing performance
- Synthesize complex data into clear presentations, deliver strategic recommendations, and outline the next steps for clients based on analytical findings
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure data-driven decision-making supports overall business objectives
- Conduct regular audits of analytics setups, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative analytics solutions to clients
- Educate clients on key metrics, demonstrating the value of analytics and guiding them in leveraging data for strategic growth
