Requirements
- Proven experience with Asana project management tool
- Basic understanding of website content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS
- Hands-on experience with Zoom, including setting up and managing virtual meetings and events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate job role, with a focus on digital marketing, project management, customer service support, or administration
Responsibilities
- Oversee and upkeep the Asana project management system
- Ensure precise project tracking, timely completion of deadlines, and team accountability
- Create new projects to coincide with the launch of new events and conferences
- Provide training and support to team members on Asana best practices
- Regularly review and optimize workflows in Asana to improve efficiency
- Perform other duties as needed
- Perform routine website updates, including content changes and image updates
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to guarantee websites are up-to-date and aligned with current campaigns
- Monitor website performance and report any issues to the technical team
- Provide backup assistance for the virtual conference producer
- Assist with the setup, management, and troubleshooting of virtual events, specifically using Zoom
- Ensure smooth operation of all virtual meetings and conferences in the primary producer’s absence
- Assist the Creative Director by obtaining quotes from printers and vendors in preparation for events
- Coordinate with printers to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards
- Support the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with branding guidelines
- Help in the creation and management of Google Ads, including drafting ad copy, selecting keywords, and monitoring performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with WordPress, including content updates and basic customization
