Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management platforms
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content creation
- Experience in managing social media campaigns and growing online communities
- A passion for education and mental health, with a commitment to supporting K-12 initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing and digital marketing Ads campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for better ROI
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our audience
- Collaborate with product to build in-product features and workflows to improve user acquisition, activation and retention
- Manage and grow our social media channels, increasing audience engagement and reach
- Collaborate with content to create engaging blog articles and other SEO related initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the EdTech sector
- Work closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to fine-tune lead generation processes and nurture leads through the sales funnel
