Summary

Join ButterflyMX as a Digital Marketing Analyst and contribute to our customer acquisition strategy across paid channels. Requirements

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study preferred)
  • 2+ years of work experience, with a proven track record of successful digital marketing customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions
  • Experience working with Google Suite, WordPress, Hubspot, and Salesforce
  • Experience building models in Excel through VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help drive our digital marketing efforts forward

Responsibilities

  • Generate marketing-qualified leads for the sales team through hands-on management of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Linkedin, Meta, Bing, etc
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition across these various digital platforms
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals
  • Oversee and manage paid digital advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates
  • Drive innovation and experimentation in digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new growth opportunities
  • Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives
