You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing lead quality, optimizing email marketing campaigns, and utilizing HubSpot for automation and data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of digital marketing experience, strong HubSpot proficiency, and expertise in Google Analytics and Ads. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot automation and campaign management
• Hands-on experience tracking conversions in Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements
• Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
• Candidates must live in LATAM, Turkey or India
• Excellent oral and written command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance
• Optimize and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement
• Support ongoing email marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and automation
• Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations
• Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, workflow creation, and data analysis
• Track and report conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Ads to measure ROI
