Requirements

  • Deep expertise in performance marketing – You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, handling large budgets with a data-driven mindset
  • AI & Automation Enthusiasm – You know how to leverage OpenAI, Anthropic, Crew AI, LangChain, and other AI-powered tools to enhance media strategies
  • Marketing Automation Mastery – You can develop and streamline workflows using no-code/low-code platforms or Python and/or JavaScript to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – You’re experienced in tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude Analytics, extracting insights to optimize performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – You work closely with marketing, data, and product teams, ensuring strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment – You thrive in high-growth, high-impact settings, managing multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Large-Scale Campaigns – Drive performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, continuously testing and refining strategies
  • Implement AI-Powered Solutions – Apply machine learning models and automation to improve campaign efficiency, bidding strategies, and personalization
  • Develop Automated Marketing Workflows – Build automation pipelines using n8n, Python, and JavaScript to eliminate manual tasks and scale operations
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance – Use Google Analytics, Amplitude Analytics, and internal dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and drive growth
  • Collaborate with Growth & Product Teams – Work alongside marketing, product, and data teams to enhance performance and innovate on new growth strategies
