Requirements

  • Be fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Have 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing or related fields, preferably in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment
  • Possess a solid understanding of marketing principles, with hands-on experience in multiple areas such as digital marketing, events, or content creation
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Be proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software, Google Analytics, social media tools, and AI tools)
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating compelling presentations and reports, and to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Reside in Brazil with the ability to work remotely and maintain flexible hours to accommodate time zone differences with our San Francisco HQ
  • Be eager to work in a mission-driven company and passionate about sustainability and climate change
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and paid media
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to support strategic marketing initiatives
  • Create, edit, and manage marketing collateral, presentations, and reports to support internal and external communications
  • Coordinate and support virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, offering actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Manage and maintain marketing assets, including content libraries, brand guidelines, and CRM data, ensuring data accuracy
  • Support content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Be fluent in Spanish
