You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, receiving guidance and support while focusing on the seamless delivery of tactical marketing tasks. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator role
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Salesforce, WordPress, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (or eager to learn)
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Enthusiastic about marketing and eager to develop in a hands-on role
- Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist with writing and editing marketing content with the assistance of AI (e.g. blogs, social media posts, landing pages)
- Produce simple visual assets using design tools such as Canva and CapCut (e.g. social graphics, videos)
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor engagement and report on performance metrics
- Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Manage contact lists and optimise email performance through A/B testing and reporting
- Make basic content updates to websites via CMS (e.g. WordPress)
- Coordinate with developers for more complex changes
- Compile performance data from various platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce)
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Support lead capture, segmentation, and customer journey tracking
- Track campaign and ad spend to ensure budget compliance
- Flag anomalies or areas for optimisation
