Summary

CloudHire is seeking a Content Marketing Lead (Remote) with 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field. The successful candidate will develop and execute a global content strategy, manage social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and collaborate with the CEO to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing or a related field
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar for various marketing channels (social media, blog, website)
• Craft compelling blog posts, articles, white papers, and other content aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals
• Curate high-quality, engaging content from credible sources to supplement original content
• Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for a global audience
• Monitor social media conversations in various regions, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers
• Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies based on insights
• Partner with the CMO to develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) targeting global audiences
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance metrics across regions, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI)
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop a content scaling strategy for monthly white papers
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, including website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement, considering global reach

Preferred Qualifications
