Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing role, ideally within the events, technology, or cybersecurity industries
  • United Kingdom work authorisation is required
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid media (Google Ads/PPC)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling copy for a range of digital channels
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management/reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Strong relationship building and good negotiation skills to establish and leverage industry partnerships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment, and across time zones
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation, analytics, and continual learning

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies : Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans for a portfolio of international cybersecurity events, aligning with business objectives and target audience profiles
  • Media Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic media partnerships to maximize event exposure and reach across relevant industry platforms
  • Social Media Management : Own the social media strategy for assigned events, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook
  • Paid Media Execution : Set up, monitor, and optimize paid digital campaigns including Google Ads and other PPC initiatives to drive high-quality leads and attendee registration
  • Email Marketing : Write, design, and deploy engaging promotional email campaigns using CRM or marketing automation tools, with a focus on audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
  • Analytics and Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is strongly preferred but not essential
