Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle brand sectors, with a strong understanding of how to drive business growth through digital channels
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals and target key market segments
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, including building and interpreting reporting frameworks, A/B testing, and making data-driven optimizations
  • Experience managing the digital customer journey, including mapping customer touchpoints and implementing strategies to enhance personalization and engagement
  • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising, with a focus on achieving maximum ROI
  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and maximizing the impact of marketing spend
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to SEO tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Experience with website management and quality assurance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Life House Hotels' brand goals and drive business growth
  • Oversee and maintain Life House Hotelsโ€™ brand image across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects the unique atmosphere of each property
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI
  • Manage the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial awareness to booking and post-visit engagement
  • Work closely with Life House creative leads, property managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies that align with brand messaging and on-site promotions
  • Build and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to track digital marketing performance. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize strategies
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Experiment with new strategies to keep Life House Hotelsโ€™ digital marketing efforts innovative and effective
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximizing ROI. Source, hire, and manage freelancers for tasks such as SEO configuration and content creation, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to brand standards
