Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing
• Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through performance marketing channels
• In-depth knowledge of performance marketing platforms and tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the African sports betting landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the performance marketing strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end campaign management across various digital marketing channels
• Optimise customer acquisition campaigns to maximise ROI
• Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, content, and creative
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the African sports betting landscape
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners, agencies, and vendors
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the performance marketing team
