Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand partnerships
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making

  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns
  • Explore and implement cost-efficient marketing channels such as brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and content seeding
  • Establish strong processes for outreach and engagement with potential partners and influencers
  • Develop creative solutions for scaling brand presence through diversified channels
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with video editors and Shopify developers to create engaging marketing content and optimize the e-commerce platform
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives and performance metrics
  • Design and implement efficient processes for marketing operations and campaign execution
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment with the company's evolving business strategy and growth goals
