Join LeafLink, the largest unified B2B cannabis platform, as a Digital Marketing Generalist to drive customer engagement and awareness. You will build, execute, and measure integrated B2B marketing campaigns across various channels. Success in growth marketing, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and digital channels is crucial. You will collaborate with sales and marketing operations, reporting on campaign performance and revenue impact. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing skills, design familiarity, and a solutions-oriented approach. Experience in B2B technology and/or cannabis is preferred. Requirements
- About 5 years of experience developing and executing strategic B2B demand generation programs with proven bottom-line impact
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a history of improving funnel conversion and velocity
- Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to ensure holistic campaign assembly - Product, PR, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Ops, Sales, Leadership, etc
- Hands-on experience with a variety of MarTech tools: Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Salesforce), WordPress, AppCues, other relevant MarTech tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, CaliberMind)
- Marketing analytics capabilities (i.e., campaign reporting, dashboard creation, etc. via Salesforce and Sigma)
- Expert understanding of partnering with Sales to create, refine, and measure campaign success
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple messages
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic B2B demand generation programs with proven bottom-line impact
- Build out customer journeys in partnership with Product/Engineering, and facilitate progress along those journeys via lifecycle campaigns to drive measurable increases in customer retention and product adoption
- Partner closely with Marketing Operations to understand and report on your deliverables, and directly correlate your efforts with bottom-line revenue
- Work closely with your partners in the Sales organization to equip them with the right tools to connect with the leads you’ve generated, measure lead quality, and ultimately help them grow their books of business
- Champion and advocate for the customer experience, and build campaigns that help shepherd customers through a delightful, impactful journey
- Regularly test your work to generate continuous improvements, and understand how to build for scale
- Put the success of the company and your team first, and regularly adapt and reprioritize your work based on changing market dynamics
