Join Automatiq as our Digital Marketing Manager to lead and expand our paid acquisition efforts across various platforms. You will oversee campaigns from initial strategy and execution to analysis and optimization, driving qualified traffic, leads, and revenue. Requirements
- 4β6 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and lead generation
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong grasp of paid media strategy, keyword planning, and audience segmentation
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
- Comfortable working with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting campaigns
- Familiarity with HubSpot for workflows, forms, and automation (strong plus)
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key channels
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign ROI
- Report on key metrics and insights using Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and internal tools
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and landing pages
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance benchmarks
- Build and refine lead gen workflows and nurture campaigns (experience with HubSpot a plus)
- Explore and test new acquisition channels (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apple Search Ads or App Store optimization (nice to have)
- Passion for sports events, concerts and the ticketing industry
Benefits
- $95,000 - $105,000 a year
- This role is also eligible for an annual bonus
