Summary

Join our team as a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms. You will manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, leverage platform products, develop and optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Continuous optimization, performance monitoring, and data analysis are crucial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying ahead of industry trends are also key responsibilities. This role requires a hands-on expert with 7+ years of experience in Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns. Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and attribution models
  • Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools within and outside of platforms
  • Blackbelt Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and (ideally) Programmatic platforms
  • Leverage products within platforms (e.g., PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Lead form products, etc.)
  • Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns, including audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative testing
  • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, leveraging A/B testing, audience insights, and real-time adjustments
  • Monitor performance metrics and create actionable insights to improve conversion rates and efficiency
  • Analyze performance data to inform media strategies and provide recommendations
  • Work cross-functionally with account lead colleagues to make to refine messaging, landing pages, and ad formats
  • Work closely with data ops team to ensure accurate and strategist conversion implementation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media opportunities
  • Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Programmatic media buying experience (The Trade Desk, StackAdapt)
