Join Rescale as our Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our global digital strategy. You will be responsible for website strategy, SEO/PPC, paid social media, and retargeting campaigns, creating integrated digital campaigns to increase website traffic and drive lead generation. This role requires expertise in paid media, SEO, and PPC strategies for enterprise audiences in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. You will collaborate with various teams to align strategies and maximize ROI. Success in this position demands strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and experience managing agencies and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through digital campaigns and account-based marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital marketing for B2B Enterprise SaaS products
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid LinkedIn advertising
- Proven track record in driving business outcomes via digital campaigns and account-based marketing
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush (or similar), and Salesforce
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, ABM, retargeting) to engage prospects across the buyer journey
- Create persona-driven, industry-specific, and use case-based personalized journeys to boost engagement and conversions
- Own and maintain Rescaleβs global websites (America/EMEA, as well as Korea and Japan websites, leveraging automated translation tools), including website content staging, landing page template design and maintenance in wordpress, and ongoing site optimization and performance tracking
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, managing budgets, optimization, bidding, and performance to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with content creators on compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with SEO and PPC agencies to align efforts with marketing goals
- Conduct audits, provide improvement recommendations, and optimize keyword strategy for better search performance
- Improve website content and structure for higher rankings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and generative search optimization trends and best practices to maintain competitive positioning
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and SEMrush to track and report on campaign performance
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities based on data analysis
- Monitor key metrics such as site traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Work with sales, partnerships and demand generation to support, launch and manage digital ABM campaigns to engage target accounts throughout the buyer journey
- Help tailor digital campaigns for key account segments, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences, and report on the success of ABM initiatives, including key metrics such as account engagement, opportunity and meeting conversions, pipeline contribution, and account penetration and engagement
- Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales to align campaigns with business goals, optimize search initiatives, and enhance brand visibility
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Looker Studio, Hockeystack, Marketo, Jira, and CRO tools
- Experience targeting enterprise IT, Engineering, or R&D audiences
