Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven ability to execute and optimize successful campaigns
  • Demonstrated expertise across various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging digital content for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) to effectively manage and measure campaign success
  • A creative and resourceful approach to tackling digital marketing challenges and developing fresh, innovative campaigns
  • A keen interest in staying current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership by working directly with the Marketing Leader for Demand Generation to develop a comprehensive top-of-funnel growth strategy focused on brand awareness and lead generation
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns by designing, launching, and managing digital marketing initiatives across platforms including social media, search, email, and display advertising
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns by monitoring performance with analytics tools and extracting actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and overall effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer behavior, creating targeted and engaging digital initiatives that resonate with our audience
  • Develop digital content and manage creative assets to enhance our online presence and support our demand generation efforts
  • Engage cross-functionally by participating in marketing team meetings and industry events to build networks, identify new opportunities, and represent the company as a digital marketing innovator
