Requirements

• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years required
• Experience in SEO/SEM, PPC & display advertising campaigns
• Working knowledge of Ad platforms (AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
• Experience with A/B testing
• Analytical mindset and data-driven thinking
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Be able to learn new platforms and internal channels as required
• Familiarity with content management systems and website optimization
• Good communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant certification is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
• Monitor ad campaigns and report weekly & monthly basis and provide recommendation for improvement
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
• Regularly produce and distribute content for various digital platforms, such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is preferrable
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is good to have
