Summary

Join CF Benchmarks, a leading digital asset index provider, as a Digital First Marketer. You will be responsible for creating brand awareness and driving demand generation through various marketing channels. The role involves developing and executing SEO initiatives, paid search campaigns, and email marketing support. You will analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of B2B marketing experience in financial services or business consultancy, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position requires experience with paid marketing campaigns, SEO, and marketing automation platforms.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally from the financial services or business consultancy sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing relating subjects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English as first or second language
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and someone that is a highly collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrable experience delivering paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, X, Google and others
  • Solid SEO experience and hands-on knowledge of reporting platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Experience creating campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo or Eloqua
  • Proven paid search and PPC experience, including Google Ads

Responsibilities

  • Demand generation to drive inbound leads across multiple channels including LinkedIn and Google
  • Develop and execute Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) initiatives to increase the number of visitors to our website. Aligned to this, conduct keyword research so that CF Benchmarks appears high up search engine page rankings. Also, use results of research to provide insights and inform other members of the team
  • Plan and deliver paid search campaigns to drive increased traffic to the website
  • Email marketing support, specifically building automated campaign lead nurture flows
  • Analyse campaign results and based on learnings, make recommendations for improvements to continually drive results
  • Support the marketing lead to monitor the rapidly evolving digital marketing space and identify emerging marketing communications channels that will help us further build marketing capabilities aligned with our business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional marketing qualification or working towards one, for example, The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM)
  • Interest in crypto and the broader digital asset class
  • Knowledge of lead generation channels other than those highlighted above
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma to create straightforward marketing assets like logo lockups, simple social media visuals, and edits to existing design templates
  • Basic HTML coding experience relating to marketing automation platforms
