Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing
  • Strong ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for ad copy and content creation

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance to provide actionable insights
  • Debug and troubleshoot GTM configurations to maintain functionality
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to deploy advanced tracking solutions
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics properties, dashboards, and reports
  • Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Implement custom event tracking and goal configurations to support marketing strategies
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing
  • Utilize email marketing tools to create targeted, high-converting campaigns
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to maximize ad reach and effectiveness
  • Test creative strategies and ad formats to identify high-performing combinations
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights
