Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing
- Strong ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication for ad copy and content creation
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to provide actionable insights
- Debug and troubleshoot GTM configurations to maintain functionality
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to deploy advanced tracking solutions
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics properties, dashboards, and reports
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights
- Implement custom event tracking and goal configurations to support marketing strategies
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing
- Utilize email marketing tools to create targeted, high-converting campaigns
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to maximize ad reach and effectiveness
- Test creative strategies and ad formats to identify high-performing combinations
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights
