Responsibilities

• Collaborate and contribute to the collective work and impact of customer engagement
• Initiate programs to improve the quality of communications across all channels
• Implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement
• Be a major contributor in developing campaign-related materials
• Identify target audiences using ad management tools in channels you manage
• Leverage metrics and analytics in decision-making
• Be in coordination with internal and external stakeholders on various campaigns
• Be responsible in tracking and monitoring digital marketing budget with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Create and update digital marketing reports
• Create and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns such as organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about the company brand, products, and services
