The role involves owning the strategy and decision-making behind clients' paid ad accounts, collaborating on CRO, offers, and funnel testing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing multiple FB ad accounts
• At least 2 years in direct-to-consumer e-commerce and lead generation marketing
• A working understanding of attribution and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and APIs)
• Excellent ad copy and creative writing skills
• Excellent understanding of marketing psychology and cognitive biases
• Experience working in Shopify, Google Analytics
• Software skills including Google Sheets or Excel

Responsibilities

• Use paid media (primarily Facebook ads) and digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients
• Manage and optimize Facebook (and other) ad accounts for our clients
• Use off-platform strategies to improve in-platform performance (CRO, offers and funnel suggestions, creative strategy)
• Effectively report and communicate past and future plans/strategies to clients
• Work closely with clients as a trusted advisor to achieve their desired goals
• Regularly test and identify best media buying practices and trends
