Digital Media Manager

Summary

As the Digital Media Manager at RealDefense, you will develop, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital media campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, identify new media opportunities, analyze campaign performance data, lead brainstorming sessions, maintain records of all media documentation, and stay current with industry trends. A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and 4+ years of media buying experience in the downloadable software space is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 4+ years of media buying experience in the downloadable software space (e.g., PC apps, VPNs, Anti-Virus)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital media campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external media partners to fulfill campaign needs
• Identify and research new media channels, negotiate media buys, and manage publisher relationships
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for creative optimization, audience targeting, and overall media strategy
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies that align with RealDefense’s business goals
• Maintain up-to-date records of all media documentation and reports for cross-functional distribution
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging media landscapes, and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Creative copywriting and visual design experience are advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
