You will craft and implement social media strategies, analyze metrics, engage the community, manage contractors, create engaging content, and experiment with new formats. This remote position, available in Ukraine, Europe, Latin America, or the USA (with occasional PST alignment), requires social media management experience, a data-driven approach, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Craft and implement a social media strategy that increases visibility and engagement across channels like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc
• Analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and improve content engagement
• Engage our community by responding quickly and professionally to feedback and inquiries
• Manage contributions from contractors, such as video editors, ensuring content aligns with our brand
• Create engaging memes and viral content that resonate with our audience
• Experiment with new content formats and explore emerging platforms to stay ahead of trends
• React promptly to current events with relevant and engaging content
• Bring creativity to the table; we value unconventional problem-solving and the courage to break the mold
