Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively
• Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders within partner organizations and financial institutions

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with Digital Partnership teams (e.g., Q2), aligning on strategy and lead generation
• Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within our partner ecosystem
• Manage inbound partner referrals and outbound prospecting within the partner’s network
• Develop a deep understanding of Entersekt’s authentication and security solutions to position value to financial institutions
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to support go-to-market efforts
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and partner innovations to refine sales strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
