Summary

Join Sleed, a leading e-business digital marketing agency, as their new Digital Product Specialist! This key role bridges digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and internal Martech & Data teams, ensuring efficient and best-practice digital services. You will monitor and analyze platform updates, create internal documentation, support process development, and evaluate new tools to enhance team performance. Collaboration with Martech Managers and contribution to quality assurance are also essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and organizational skills, experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a process-oriented approach to optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, data, or technology-oriented role
  • At least 1 year hands-on working experience with Google ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, and video) and Meta ads
  • Strong familiarity with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data handling
  • A technical and hands-on mindset, with a focus on implementation over delegation
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information
  • Process-oriented approach, with a drive to optimize systems and enhance team efficiency
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and document new features and updates from major digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Summarize best practices and key changes into digestible formats for internal use
  • Create and maintain knowledge documentation (FAQs, guides, internal wikis, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Support the development and upkeep of processes, SOPs, and templates that serve the Digital Marketing department
  • Actively participate in internal trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Evaluate and suggest new tools, features, or platforms that can enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with Martech Managers to integrate new technical solutions into the department’s operations
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes by ensuring best practices are implemented across digital teams
  • Coordinate and help execute cross-functional or department-wide projects
  • Maintain and organize the team’s documentation and content repository

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok ads, Linkedin Ads, as well as programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) will be considered a plus
