Digital Solutions Manager

Requirements

• Experience in software development or technical background (not necessarily current)
• Understanding of requirements in the field of digital solutions and their implementation
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear requirements
• Good communication skills in English, ideally also in German
• Knowledge in the use of Jira or similar ticket systems

Responsibilities

• Record and define requirements from the internal customer base
• Translate requirements into understandable specifications for the development team
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including product owners and plastics technology experts
• Create and maintain backlogs and user stories
• Ensure the acceptance criteria for the developed solutions
• Support in the implementation of digital twins to optimize production processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an industrial context, preferably in large companies
