Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Digital Strategist role, preferably in a digital or marketing agency
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, sociological studies, or any related field
  • You are analytical and you have great communication skills
  • You have good project management skills
  • You have a keen interest in UX, UI, accessibility, content strategy and optimization
  • Available during Montreal working hours
  • Use tools such as Slack to stay engaged with your team and contribute to the company culture
  • Have exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients on their overall digital strategy, information architecture, content strategy and related needs, and produce related deliverables
  • Ensure alignment between distinct production groups - strategy, design, and development
  • Participate in the sales process as required, including participating in writing proposals and presenting at pitches
  • Lead delivery of such services within Evolving Web and leverage internal resources and processes
  • Research and analyze competitors, identify trends and ideas, and put them into practice
  • Elevate our practice and provide thought leadership both within and externally, through blog posts, internal seminars, conference presentations, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience working with public sector and non-profit clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Collaborative and open to feedback
  • Love sharing what you know
  • Organized and able to work on several projects concurrently
  • Creative, curious, and proactive at problem-solving
  • Not afraid of learning new tools and taking on new responsibilities
