Dining Concierge

Summary

The job is for a West Coast dining specialist at Atlas, a luxury spending experience company. The role involves securing and curating exclusive dining reservations and experiences for members, establishing partnerships with in-demand restaurants, staying informed about the latest trends in the dining industry, and understanding the Atlas product to enhance member experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a concierge or client services/relations executive in a high-touch membership, dining/hospitality, or luxury services capacity
• Proven experience working with high-net worth clients to provide remarkable experiences and exclusive access
• Long-term resident of Los Angeles or San Francisco
• Proven experience excelling in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Willingness to adapt and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of our members and align with restaurant operating schedules
• Ability to properly prioritize against competing needs

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle reservation requests for our members, securing reservations at top tier and in-demand restaurants worldwide, with a primary focus on the West Coast
• Offer personalized recommendations tailored to members' inquiries and preferences
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with in-demand restaurants, focusing on San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Aspen initially
• Collaborate with the executive team to explore partnerships and exclusive offerings with in-demand restaurants
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, new openings, and changes in the dining landscape
• Regularly update the team on noteworthy events, promotions, and culinary experiences on the West Coast

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zendesk or other SaaS communication platforms
• Additional industry contacts and restaurant knowledge in New York, Miami, and beyond
