Responsibilities

• Oversee a team focused on delivering actionable insights through data analysis and advanced analytics
• Prioritize tasks and ensure clear alignment with stakeholder expectations
• Foster a culture of innovation by exploring advanced analytical techniques to optimize business strategies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address analytical needs that support strategic initiatives
• Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
• Manage data and analytics platforms in partnership with engineering teams to enhance capabilities
• Develop and mentor team members while promoting cross-functional collaboration
