Director, AI Strategy

Summary

Join Huge as a Director, AI Product Strategy, a remote position within the United States. You will lead the strategic work for new AI-powered products and experiences for clients, pioneering next-generation products integrating product management, strategy, design, data, and AI technology. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, you'll ensure a cohesive process from solution planning to delivery of brand-safe AI capabilities. You will advise senior clients, drive the AI product roadmap, and provide thought leadership to other product teams. This role requires experience in AI work, cross-functional knowledge, and a maker spirit. The salary range is $165,000-$210,000 USD.

Requirements

• Have experience concepting, leading and launching AI work, with cross-functional knowledge and strategy
• Understand the nuance between deterministic and generative AI and enjoy converging the two into your goals
• Believe the best practices for this work aren’t yet written and seek to pioneer and set the standard for how AI product innovation work is done
• Have fluency with technology, data, product management and design peers

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic work for new AI powered products and experiences for our clients as part of our Intelligent Experience strategy
• Help pioneer the next generation of IX products that integrate all aspects of product management, strategy, design, data and AI technology
• Partner with leaders across product management, tech, data, content and design as the strategic vision partner to ensure cohesive and extraordinary outcomes
• Ensure a proper e2e process from tailored solution planning to actual execution and delivery of brand-safe AI capabilities
• Be a close partner and advisor to senior clients, playing a critical role in understanding and applying business requirements and logic while also balancing the end-user’s needs and goals
• Drive the roadmap for AI product vision and strategy, define success of new features, and use data and user feedback to further evolve the roadmap to drive improvements and business value
• Be tapped by other product teams within Huge who are looking for consulting guidance and thought leadership on AI innovation thinking and feedback on their strategies
