Join Aprio's Assurance Professional Practice Group as a Director and lead the development of a global center of excellence for audit services. Champion audit quality, design and implement a harmonized assurance methodology, and lead the development of training programs. Build and mentor a Quality Control team in the Philippines and play a key role in due diligence for future firm mergers. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting or equivalent, with a strong focus on audit and assurance
• CPA license and deep knowledge of GAAS and Accounting & Review Services
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, professional services environment
• Sharp analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement
• Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to lead change
