Summary

Join Databricks as a Travel & Hospitality Sales Director to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. You will be responsible for achieving the team's quota, acquiring new logos, and growing Databricks usage. This role involves leading, growing, and inspiring the team to exceed goals, fostering teamwork, and building customer relationships. You will drive ongoing learning of Databricks' solutions and actively participate in regional growth plans. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading high-growth sales teams in relevant industries and a proven track record of success in enterprise territories. This is a remote position based in Atlanta, NYC, or Boston.

Requirements

  • You live the Databricksโ€™ core values and instill them in the team you are leading
  • You will have 5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, AI spaces
  • History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies
  • Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message
  • Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success
  • With this role, a proven track record of leading teams to success when focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption is critical

  • Lead, grow and inspire the Enterprise Account Executives to help them overachieve on their goals and objectives
  • Instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes
  • Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
  • Drive ongoing learning of the continuous innovation being delivered to our customers via our data intelligence and GenAI solutions
  • Actively participate in the regionโ€™s growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy and build a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business
