Summary

As the Enterprise Sales Director at Level AI, you will manage a team of 6-8 sales account executives to exceed quota targets every quarter. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and execute a sales plan, and represent Level AI at industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
  • Over 10 years of experience in prospecting, developing, and closing new SaaS-based solution sales
  • Over 5 years managing AE's driving pipeline generation and winning new logos
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal closing processes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Ability to effectively articulate contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, train, develop, and manage a team of 6-8 sales account executives to consistently overachieve their monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a plan to exceed quota targets every quarter
  • Guide prospects and coach account executives to guide prospects through a solution and value-based selling approach
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team in setting sales strategy and growth objectives
  • Prepare and provide weekly forecast updates
  • Collaborate daily with the marketing and sales development teams to drive a coordinated Go-To-Market approach across marketing and sales resources
  • Represent and present on behalf of Level AI at industry events and conferences
  • Ensure that sales activities are updated, current, and tracked in the CRM
