Summary

Join MaintainX, a leading Asset and Work Intelligence platform, as a Sales Leader to build and manage our LATAM Sales Team. This remote role, with a preference for Miami-based candidates fluent in English and Spanish, focuses on ensuring the success of Account Executives. You will provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance, setting performance expectations, monitoring progress, and enhancing processes. Active participation in securing business with AEs is expected. The role involves strategic planning for the LATAM market, people management, accurate forecasting, and implementing strategic sales processes to meet revenue targets. You will also provide weekly reporting on team success, challenges, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience working within Mexico and other LATAM countries
  • Experience building sales teams and collaborating on overall strategy
  • Manufacturing/Industrial experience
  • Able to occasionally travel to specific LATAM countries
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience leading Account Executive teams
  • You have experience recruiting, hiring, and developing talented and driven individuals
  • You have a passion for coaching, motivating, and mentoring others
  • You have a track record of success in sales leadership within a SaaS or B2B organization
  • You care deeply about the success of your reps and you’re great at celebrating wins and progress
  • You’re an analytical thinker and know how to turn metrics into decisions, and can present data in an impactful way
  • You can identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • You have experience in a fast-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Create and implement processes to make sure the team is operating efficiently and can meet deadlines and goals
  • Proactively remove obstacles and solve any problems that can prevent the team from reaching their goals
  • Help drive overall strategy within LATAM market
  • Work with broader marketing and sales team to drive success in LATAM market
  • This will include being very engaged with prospects and experimenting with various strategies
  • Own people management tasks for direct reports including hiring, onboarding, off-boarding, career development and performance management
  • Identify training and skill development opportunities for direct reports
  • Provide consistent coaching through 1-1s, pipeline reviews and getting involved on customer calls
  • Ensure forecasting is accurate and implement measures to accurately report on future pipelines
  • Implement strategic processes and expand on our outbound sales program in order to help the team achieve their revenue targets
  • Provide weekly reporting on the success of the team as well as wins, challenges and strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portuguese a plus
  • Experience in sales in the CMMS industry or B2B SaaS startup is an asset
