Summary
Join Toast's GTM Strategy and Operations team as Director, GTM AI Solutions, leading the identification, evaluation, piloting, and launch of next-generation AI technology tools. You will drive efficiency and impact across sales and customer onboarding organizations, shaping how teams use AI for outstanding results and customer experience. Collaborate across teams, build or demo new tools, and champion innovation in go-to-market strategy. This role requires deep AI technology knowledge and 7+ years in GTM strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement with hands-on technology adoption experience. You will lead cross-functional projects, run tool evaluations and pilots, and build business cases for new technology. Excellent communication, project management, and change management skills are essential. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a base salary range of $160,000-$256,000 USD.
Requirements
- Deep passion for and knowledge of cutting-edge AI technologies and their applications in business
- 7+ years in GTM strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement, with hands-on exposure to technology adoption
- Strong understanding of sales and customer onboarding processes and KPIs
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRMโincluding customizations, integrations, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with technical and commercial teams
- Experience running tool evaluations, pilots, and building business cases for new technology
- Willingness to โget in the weedsโ and prototype or configure tools directly (e.g., building AI agents, testing integrations)
- Excellent communication, project management, and change management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI tools or solutions in a sales or customer success environment
- Familiarity with sales tech stack including sales engagement, forecasting, and enablement platforms
- Background in consulting or product management
- Published thought leadership in the AI or GTM technology space
