We are looking for a Director of IT and Security to oversee our IT team and Information Security efforts at Twin. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem solver with a passion for both information security and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field
• 5+ years experience leading IT and Information Security teams
• Experience with leading efforts for SOC 2 (required) and HITRUST (desired) certification
• Experience in information security and privacy for healthcare
• Demonstrated ability for cross-functional collaboration and clearly communicating security/privacy concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT and Information Security efforts at Twin
• Lead and manage a team of IT and security professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Respond to and manage partner inquiries as it relates to IT and Information Security procedures to Twin, including RFP and other written responses to Twin clients and prospective partners
• IT Operations
• Information Security
