Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management within the software service industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale software programs and projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple software service programs from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program management, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Supervise and mentor program managers and project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the program lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery, implementing contingency plans as necessary
  • Ensure all programs meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations, conducting regular reviews and assessments
  • Oversee program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in program management
