Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management within the software service industry
• Proven experience in managing large-scale software programs and projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software service programs from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program management
• Supervise and mentor program managers and project teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program delivery
• Ensure all programs meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations
• Oversee program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success
