Summary

Join Whatnot, the largest livestream shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Recruiting Manager. You will lead a team to find outstanding talent for hard-to-fill positions, drive diversity hiring initiatives, and provide an incredible candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for G&A roles as well as managing a recruiting team
• 6+ years experience leading recruiting pods
• Experience creating a strategy for building diverse teams
• Comfortable with ownership and moving uncomfortably fast
• Provide an incredible candidate experience
• Data-focused, tracking pipeline health to balance priorities and set hiring manager expectations

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter authority on all things G&A recruiting
• Identify passionate candidates
• Empower your team to find or build new sources of talent
• Set the pace for and drive your team to successfully juggle a variety of roles at once
• Manage team's work with regard to developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics
• Emphasize diversity and inclusivity
• Empower your team to iterate on the candidate hiring process
• Cultivate senior relationships with individuals and groups
